Is the body strong or weak?  Is it being nourished or starved?  A neglected culture slowly eats away at your company like a cancer.

Great companies are built by design, and it starts with their culture.  If you are in charge of a team, department or a company – you have a culture – you just may not have “designed it.”

 

Developing a culture is not as elusive as you may think.  For starters determine the behavioral traits that support your mission:  Resourcefulness; Drive; Innovation; Accountability; Confidence; Collaboration, then drive YOUR behavior to mirror those characteristics.
